State of emergency declared in Washington, DC

The state of emergency has been declared in the threat of snowfall and heavy storms in Washington, DC the capital of the United States including five states. The authorities are assuming that, one-third of the country can face serious consequences because of 30-inch amount of snow and strong wind. And that’s why the state of emergency has been announced. One of the satellite images of NASA showed a strong snow storm is approaching towards the east coast of the US.

A major snow storm is expected by authorities to affect the east coast of the US. There are possibilities of a strong storm and 30-inch amount of snow falls in the three eastern coaster states including Washington, DC.

The authorities declared a state of emergency for the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania including Washington, DC. Coastguards said, they have decided to deploy 3 hundreds of army to control the situation. They will be involved with the work of emergency nursing.

The Director of the National Weather Service, Louis Uccellini informed that, there are enough possibilities of several stormy wind, snowfall, dangerous internal floods. This storm is so dangerous that it can affect more than 5 millions of people.
